Google Expedition: Writing

Yesterday we did google expedition with Mr Clark and Mrs Tele’a in the street and it was only just the year 7’s because the year 8’s is at tech.

We had to look in the cardboard and it was cool,  first we went to the cave and then the arrow is pointing to the person we had to turn around to find David Attenborough.

Then we went to the sky tower and it was so high and when you look down you will think that you are going to fall for real.

Then we went to the castle and it looks cool and then we went in the water and we saw then man jumping in the water and there were heaps of sharks.

After that we went outside and there were people walking around and then I saw the big water.

Then the year 8's did their's after morning tea because they were at tech and group 3 went first, then group 1 and group two went last to do the google expedition.

Then it was so fun and exciting.

Rainbows End: Blog post

Last week on Friday the year 7's went to Rainbows end and I was with Raewen, Mose (Raewen's dad), Matiu and Maurice and first we went to the roller coaster and it was fun and scary.

My favourite part was when we had to go upside down and I thought that I was gonna fall and we had to hold on tight to the handles and then we went up slow and then we went down fast and I started to get sick.

Then we went to extreme invader and I was between Raewen and Matiu and it was scary when you went up and it go's down and it was fun and scary.

After that we went to the log and I was in the front with Mose which is (Raewen's dad) and then Raewen was sitting at the back and we went up and then I was about to let go and then we went down and it was fun and exciting.

Then we went to the gold rush and it was fun. We went to bumper cars and I bumped into Raewen, Matiu, Maurice and Mose (Raewen's dad) it was so fun.

After that we went to Scorpion karts we went on it and then we started to race. After that we went to the fear fall and we went up slow and then we went down fast and I couldn't breath. 

Then it started to stop and we came out and Matiu and Maurice couldn't take the belt off and I helped Matiu to take the belt off and then Maurice took his belt off.  

It was fun, scary and exciting. 

Make a Cipher Wheel: Trinity, Raewen, Melaia, Moses and Aidan Maunganui

 This is what Maunganui did in literacy we had to make our own cipher wheel. We had to use 2 papers and scissors to cut the paper in rectangles and we had to tape the paper to make a cylinder. We had to put the letters down on the paper and we had to write our name down.

Building a Fale:

They feel happy when they build their fale and they build the fale in Auckland.

They feel tired of building their fale because they have been working hard to get their fale finished. So that they can rest from the sun or by working hard to get their fale finished. So that they can sit down in the shade from the sun.

Rhyming Poems: Trinity and Melaia

Hi my name is Trinity and I'm in Mrs Tele'a's literacy class and we had to do Rhyming poems and my buddy is Melaia and we worked together and we had to do our own poem

Coyote and Turtle

 This is what me and my buddy did in Reading we had to read the story about the Coyote and the Turtle. Me and Melaia worked together and we had to put Mexico map on slide 2.We had to answer the questions and some of them was hard to answer the questions and we looked in the book to find the answer.

Living in a Colourful World

 This is what me and my group did in literacy we had to read the book and learnt about how animals can also get colour blind and not only just people that gets colour blind as well. Me, Melaia and Raewen work together as a group.

Writing Test T4 15

I did something special with my group is Photo booth and Cookie face I had in my group is Mao, Tevita S, Maurice and Puawai  me and my group is in Team 1 A.

In round 1 we went to Brain bust with Miss Clark. Round 2 we did Photo booth in the street with Mrs Tele'a.

Round 3 we did Cookie face with Miss Flavelle. Then we went to round 4 to do Pea pipes with Miss Hockly and Miss Misela.

We had to use a straw to suck the pea in the straw and we had to put the pea in the bowl and we have to try and breath in for long so that we can win for our team. It was hard and I couldn’t breath so after that it was our last one for fun time.

After that we went running and we did 1 lap because it was almost lunch time and we run to the bin and back and we got changed in our school uniforms for lunch.

It was fun,exciting and hard.
