Prize-giving

Last week on Thursday we had our Prize-giving night. It was the year 5-8 and it started at 7:00pm to 8:30pm, I had an award for the Best Effort. Then when Mr Burt said it is time for the year 8 item, and then we all stand up and walked to the stage and get into our position of what Mr Wise-man and Miss Berry put us in.

Hot Dogs Fundraising

In the past few weeks Pt England are fundraising for the year 7 and 8s to go on a trip to Rainbows end and Parakai this term.

Yr 8 Graduation

On Tuesday night the Yr 8’s has a Graduation and we all have to dress nice and I am coming to the Graduation and I am going to wear my blue and black dress for the Graduation and My Mum is coming so My Aunty has to do my hair, and the time is 6:00pm to 8:00pm and it is like an hour at the Graduation.

Parakai

This Thursday I am going to Parakai and it is going to be fun and I will be swimming all day just like last year I swam and then I had a feed and then went for a swim, then when it was time to go I am going to get out and get change into my school clothes/uniform and then have a snack and then talk to my friends and get ready to go back to school and it is a long ride from school to Parakai, and Parakai to school.

To the year 1-6

To the Year 1s when you guys are a year 7 and 8 please don’t be like us of being naughty and getting into trouble and be proud,confident and try not to be like us always doing wrong things.

The they year 6s Next year when you guys are year 7's you guys are going to Rainbows end and Parakai pools and Parakai springs is a long ride from school to Parakai springs. Then you guys have to do art when you are a year 8 when the year 7s is at Rainbows end don’t get jealous ok because last year when us year 7s we went to Rainbows end and one yr 7 stayed behind and did art with the yr 8s and so the yr 8  from last year they were so jealous, and don’t be like them when  you guys are a year 8.

Room 4 Literacy class had to do this presentation and if you go to slide 3 it would tell you what I wanted to be and how challenging to be a Prime Minister.

Film Festival Review-Room 4 History

 This is what I had to do I had to write about the film/movie and if the movie is appropriate for young children.

Memories: Looking back past a few years at PES. Teen Beach The Harlem Shake Introducing, themselves Artwork Ninja Masterchef Humpty- Dumpty Dancing Characters: The Characters that is in the movie is Simon, Jalen, Taiaha and Tevita S. They are the Characters in the movie and they were Lip Syncing to the song of History- by One Direction.

Black and White Colour of the movie GoPro and Camera going to everyone and going past them.

One Direction- History The 4 boys that was Lip Syncing History is Simon.Taiaha, Jalen and Tevita S.

Actors- The Actors are the Kids from (PES) Pt England School they are the actors in the movie. Room 4 History: By Trinity Room 4 did History song and the 4 boys that was Lip Syncing is Simon, Jalen, Taiaha and Tevita S. The song of History was made by One Direction and so Miss Berry chose that song for the film festival and the film is about when we started pt england school when we were year 1’s and then We went all the way to year 7 and 8. It is about in the remembering when we were years 1. When we  were year 1 we had to do what our teacher tell us of. What we had to bring and what we have to do for the film festival movie and our teacher had to create the movie and it has to be a good film for the whole school. This film is appropriate for the children because it reminds them of what they did at school.

Editing: The film was cut by when the Yr 7 and 8s were little kids and how we were acting and sharing our art work of what we did for past few years. The film is about the past few years from year 1 to year 8. The film is about how the film was cut and it has been cut from the Yr 7 and 8s and it is about when they were little kids and when they were showing their Artwork,Teen Beach movie and dance, The Harlem shake, Ninja, Masterchef, Humpty Dumpty and Introducing themselves and that is how the film was cut.
